b) Last 2-year Company Tax Return, Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet for Directors

c) Trust Tax Returns and Deed, if Trust is involved in income distribution


4. INCOME Verification / Rent and FTB

a) Rental Income – Recent 2 rental statement/Invoice from your Real Estate Agent OR Rental Appraisal for your proposed Investment Property from a Real Estate Agent

b) Last 3 months bank statement where rent is deposited

c) Family Tax Benefits, – Latest Centrelink fortnightly Statement

7. REFINANCE / Debt Consolidation

a) Last 6 Months Statement of Home loan to be refinanced.

b) Recent council Rate Notice for the property to be refinanced

c) Credit Cards Closure – Last 3 months statement

d) Personal Loan / Car Loan Closure – Last 6 months statement

If original statements are not available for the specific period, you may provide the printout of online transaction summary showing the running balance for the required period and a recent original statement to confirm the account ownership.
